It sounded like an American speaking but the number looked like a landline? Anyone know how to block these calls? They’re really annoying me.

I kept getting calls from this number, and every time I picked up, the person on the other end gave a different name like Tru Legal or Legal Services. They sounded really dodgy and even started threatening to track my location. They also claimed that calls would cost 69p per minute. Out of curiosity, I asked who they were, and the bloke said he earns money the longer I stay on the line. Definitely felt unprofessional and pretty suspicious.
