i told the guy "i've just been through my life insurance, cheers tho," and he got really annoyed, shouting "rubbish" a few times. i mentioned "hope this call's being recorded cos i'm sure your boss wouldn't be happy hearing you talk like that." he just laughed, saying his manager thought i was an idiot or something. ended the call there! proper strange experience.

Got a call from someone saying they were from M&S, trying to get my personal info. Seemed like a dodgy call centre to me.
