6 yearsI received a rather peculiar phone call the other day from a woman speaking with a foreign accent, possibly Indian, who claimed that I’d been involved in an accident that I wasn't responsible for. Now, it’s been ages since I've had any mishaps, so I was quite puzzled and asked her to identify herself. Unfortunately, the connection was dreadful; we could barely make ourselves understood, resulting in a rather frustrating exchange. Eventually, she just went silent on me. Interestingly, my wife encountered a similar scenario just a short while ago. It seems like this is just another scam going around.
