Got a call from someone saying I had some claim money waiting from my bank. They already knew my name and address and which bank I use, just wanted me to confirm my date of birth. When I rang them back, they told me to purchase £200 worth of iTunes vouchers to get my cheque. Total nonsense, such dodgy scammers!!

At first, the caller with the Asian accent was quiet for a bit. I quickly realised it was just another scam trying to trick me.

Got a call this morning at 8:36, but it just went straight to voicemail and there was no message left. Pretty odd!

Got another call with no one talking, it’s like they reckon folks in the UK are fools. These scammers from India are proper idiots. The number showed it was from Wigan, but it’s just one of those phone numbers bought out by BT that they use for scams.

The phone rang a few times but when I picked up, there was total silence.

I asked him not to ring me at half past eight, and he just went off saying stuff like “f*** you” and “f*** your mum.” He even threatened to contact his MP and make a complaint about me.

Some bloke rang me, said he was from Claims Direct and started asking for my date of birth. I just gave him my postcode instead. Then he mentioned something about a sum taken from my bank. When I didn’t play along, he threatened to cancel a cheque under my name. Proper dodgy behaviour if you ask me.
