This was definitely a scam, they were pretending to be from Amazon! Total fake call!

So, I got a call from someone claiming to be with BT Openreach who said there was an issue with my phone line. I honestly hadn’t reported any problem and everything seemed fine on my end. He asked if he could access my computer to fix it. I told him that sounded dodgy and cut the call straight away!

Got a call from some guy claiming there was an issue with my BT broadband. Pretty clear it was a scam since I ain’t even with BT for my internet.
