Like quite a few here, £600 vanished from my account. Mum listened to the voicemail and got worried, thinking I had picked up. Even though I didn’t press anything, somehow I ended up chatting with the same foreign man as usual. He asked what the call was about, I told him he’d dialled me. Then he claimed I must’ve pressed some button and that I’d gone through an automated system. I told him no, he contacted me first and I wanted to know which company he was from and what he wanted - then he just hung up on me.
