First there was some music, then the caller asked to talk to the headteacher by name. I told them they don’t accept cold calls. A bit more music played, then the line went dead. I checked 1471 and found out who the number belonged to.

Sounds like their name was kinda linked to the company or something, probably trying to sell me stuff. It's so rude tho, if you don't actually know who you're calling, you should definitely ask for the full name, not just assume.

When I picked up, all I heard was music, then suddenly it just went silent with no one speaking. I tried ringing the number back and it immediately played the same music again. No clue who it is, seems like one of those random cold callers.
