Every single day, I get calls from various numbers, but they all seem to share the same area code. It's really annoying.

They phoned me twice and I picked up the second call. The person said they were calling from Boots Opticians nearby to arrange an appointment. But a few things didn’t add up: firstly, I’m not signed up with that opticians at all. Then, the number they called from isn’t listed as an official contact on the Boots website for that branch. Plus, there was no proper ID or proof that they were actually from Boots or that I even use their services - just a pushy attempt to get me to book in straight away. Feels sketchy to me.
