Got a call from some firm named First Response saying I’d made an insurance claim about a crash I never had. Asked where they’d found my number cos their story was total rubbish. Told them sounded like a scam. She actually called me an idiot 😂😂😂. I told her she was a proper pain in the neck and ended the call. Blocked the number straight away.

Got a call from Dion at First Response, wanted to talk to my missus but called her by her old surname. They kept insisting it was a genuine call, claimed they had some file from the insurance company and were part of the aftercare service. Problem is, they couldn’t tell me what the damage was all about. Definitely a SCAM.

They mentioned having funds reserved for me, which raised my suspicions - it felt like a scam. When I pointed out that their claims seemed dubious, they bizarrely started making animal sounds and then cut the line. When I tried to call back a short while later, it was clear they were completely inebriated. Quite the experience, I must say!

Lovely lady called and asked for me by name, said it was about a car accident i supposedly had. I told her i haven´t had any accident and she said sorry, then promised to take me off their list. It was quite a shock to get such a polite call compared to the usual ones!
