Complete scammers, honestly. When you ring back, they’ve got option 1 for new claims, option 2 for old claims and option 3 for other stuff. But if you pick option 3 it just loops you back to the start again. I ended up calling from like 10 different mobiles all at once and left them on hold for a few minutes, just trying to tie up their lines a bit. Feels like a tiny victory, I guess.
