Really unpleasant experience. This was a scam for sure. They rang my elderly mum pretending to check her internet, and when she told them she doesn’t have any, he had the nerve to call her a fibber! Even tho the number was from Wigan, the person on the line spoke with an Indian or Asian accent. Best to just ignore these calls.
