Received a rather peculiar call that claimed it wasn’t a marketing spiel. Naturally, I opted for the escape route and pressed 9 instead. Curiously, when I tried to return the call, I was met with a recorded message that informed me I'd been contacted by a sales or marketing firm. It ended with a vague note that I might hear from them again, or perhaps not. Quite the curious affair, isn’t it?
