Got a missed call from 01939 450178. I looked it up on your site and decided to block it straight away.

Got a ring from this number today, which was a Saturday, and honestly, who calls on a weekend anyway? The caller ID said it was from Wem or something like that, but I have no clue where that is. Didn't pick up since I don't know anyone from there, plus my phone's on the TPS list, so it’s clearly dodgy. I'd say just ignore this number if it pops up!

It rang but went straight to voicemail, I didn’t bother leaving a message. Blocked now.

On both Monday and Tuesday, I got multiple calls from a bunch of numbers like 10939 450124, then 450131, 450144, 450150, 450151, 450178, and 450184. It’s honestly getting ridiculous. Whenever I pick up, it’s some spiel about Energy grants and whether I’m eligible. The call’s automated and when it tells you to press 3 to stop the calls, I’m always hesitant since you never know if knocking that option might suddenly slap a big charge on your phone bill.

I got a call from this number and someone talked, asking for me by my former name which I gotta say, isn’t mine anymore. They said they wanted to ask me a few consumer questions, even though I had to tell them they had the wrong person. The voice didn’t have the usual English accent I expect from these calls. It reminded me a bit of the number 01939450147 that phoned me yesterday; no one actually spoke then, just the noise of what sounded like a call centre in the background. Both of these numbers are now blocked on my phone.

The number was unfamiliar, so I just let it ring out and no voicemail was left.
