Got a call from someone claiming to be from my internet provider, but when I asked him to name the company, he just went quiet and ended the call. Looks like another scam to me. Doesn’t it just wind you up?

Got a call from some moron claiming to be from my internet provider. I asked which company they said they were with and the muppet just hung up on me. Pretty clear it was another scammer trying their luck. Glad I didn’t fall for it!

Yet again got one of those scam calls. Some bloke saying “Hi, I’m Ron Williams, your internet supplier. How’s your connection?” I asked him “Which company do I have?” and then the line just cut off. Seriously, how many folks from India have a surname like Williams? Don’t fall for these muppets, folks. Be sharp, question them, never give out your details, and they’ll bugger off in time. Another dodgy number added to my block list.
