So this guy called me, went through his whole script, but as soon as he finished, I told him I wasn’t comfortable with them targeting older folks like that and just hung up. Seriously, how do these companies even get hold of our private info? It’s mad.

Got a call from a guy who said his name was Josh and claimed to be from Will Associates. He somehow knew my name and told me I already had a will set up. Then he started talking about how I'd have to cover my own care costs if I ended up in a care home. I told him I wasn't interested, but he kept on blabbering, so I just hung up on him.

They called me and asked how I was doing. I told them everything was fine, but they had just cut into my meeting. There was a pause on their end, then they hung up. I quickly blocked their number afterwards.

It was more irritating than anything, really. Someone kept calling, pestering me about what plans I'd set up (apart from a will) to keep my house and belongings safe if I ended up needing care and might lose everything. Honestly, what a load of rubbish!
