They've been ringing me around five to six times daily, and every time I finally pick up, they just cut the line! It’s infuriating!

I received a rather curious phone call from an individual claiming to be from Albany. He was inquiring whether I was pleased with the handling of my latest claim. I mean, seriously? I have no claims whatsoever regarding any incidents! He mentioned that they are affiliated with the RBS Group Insurance, which I found rather odd. Whenever I tried to ask further questions, they abruptly ended the call. It was from a number linked to Albany Accident Claims. Quite baffling, really!
