Got a call and even a text from O2 today. Seems they want to give me a discount or something. Well, that's a surprise!

Totally a scam, don’t trust it!

Definitely an O2 scam. If it was really them, they’d be aware my contract doesn’t finish for another year and a half!

Got a missed call from 0161 850 6427 on 29/04/24 while I was busy at work. Right after, I got a text saying they’d tried to reach me about my mobile contract, offering a renewal or cheaper price, and asked me to reply YES if I wanted them to call back. I’m an O2 customer - is this actually how they get in touch nowadays, or have they passed my number on like BT does? Feels a bit dodgy to me.
