Got a call from someone claiming to be Sky Internet about an issue with their server. Funny thing is, we don’t even have Sky Broadband! The lady on the phone wanted to send an engineer out and asked if I had a laptop or any device. I told her I didn’t, and then she wanted to know if I could borrow one. Just as I was about to tell her that we’re not Sky customers at all, the call suddenly dropped. The number looked like a UK one, but I’m sure it was a long-distance call from India or somewhere like that.
