Got a couple of calls from this number and others like it. The woman claimed to be from BT, saying since I’m a loyal customer, I’d get my bill waived for the next three months. She knew my full name, address, and that I pay by direct debit. She said she didn’t have my bank info yet but would collect it once we finished the call. I told her to send something in writing to prove it, but she said BT doesn’t do that these days.
