Had a call from someone claiming to be a food delivery driver, but the sound was so bad I couldn’t make out a word, even with the volume turned right up. They really could do with sorting out a better phone or something. The weird thing was my phone showed the caller ID as ‘Wetherby’, which seemed odd. I didn’t bother ringing back as I didn’t want to trouble whoever was trying to get hold of me - maybe it was a chap struggling with their phone or poor signal, or maybe English isn’t their first language. In the end, I did get my food though, so all good. Cheers anyway.

I picked up the phone but kept it muted, even though it was coming from a landline. It sounded like the person was maybe in a car, with the indicator ticking away and these weird clicking noises, like dots blinking on and off. Nobody spoke a word.
