I was quite anxious about the number 01937 227306, fearing it might be a dodgy scam. To put my mind at ease, I reached out to the Labour Party's hotline and got confirmation that this number is indeed one of their official contacts. So fret not, all is well!

I've been receiving calls from this number on a daily basis at the moment. Every time I answer, there's silence on the other end, although I can faintly hear what sounds like a call centre in the background.

This number keeps ringing me at odd hours, specifically just past midnight, and it’s always from Australia. I suspect it’s a nuisance caller attempting to peddle their wares. Definitely feels like a scammer to me!

I received a couple of calls from this number, one yesterday (Saturday 15th June) and another just now (Sunday 16th). I chose not to pick up since I’m unfamiliar with the number and don’t have anyone in Wetherby. The quick follow-up call on a Sunday raises my suspicions, leading me to believe it’s probably a telemarketer. Just to add, my number is on the Telephone Preference Service list.
