Woke up to a phone call at half past seven this morning from someone saying they were from TalkTalk.

This bloke said he was calling from TalkTalk, but honestly, I couldn't make head nor tail of what he was on about. His English was all over the place, and when he tried to explain there was a problem, it just sounded like nonsense. Proper confusing and not much use at all.

Got a call bright and early on a Saturday, about 8am, from someone claiming to be tech support at TalkTalk. The guy said his name was Charlie but had a really strong foreign accent, sounded Indian or something, and I could barely make out what he was saying. He started asking about the lights on my router - how many were lit and which ones were blinking. Then he wanted me to get on my laptop, but I just told him no and ended the call.
