Received a rather intrusive call at 8 o'clock on a Saturday morn, claiming to be from TalkTalk's technical support. The chap identified himself as Charlie, yet his accent was distinctly foreign-perhaps Indian? I struggled to grasp what he was trying to communicate. He quizzed me about the lights on my router and which ones were blinking. Then, he wanted me to hop onto my laptop. To this, I firmly declined and promptly ended the call.
