I got a call from a woman saying she was from BT’s tech support, claiming there was an issue with my internet and it might get cut off soon. I told her I’d just read on BT’s official site that they don’t call customers directly about problems like this and that sounded like a scam to me. As soon as I said that, she just ended the call straight away. I then went ahead and blocked the number.
