Honestly, these scammers just wouldn't quit. I had purchased some bitcoin and they claimed it was all a fraud. Then they kept telling me I've earned 12,000 dollars, then 20,000, and even 19,000 more! Trying to get my money back feels impossible since they keep asking for all sorts of private bank info. Totally exhausting.

The phone just keeps buzzing but when I pick up, there’s no one there.

Yet another call showing a “local area” code popped up on my phone. I’ve been getting loads recently, all seem to be using different codes from around where i live. No voicemail left, naturally - just another dodgy scam call. It’s sneaky to use numbers that look local to trick people. I’m really curious how they manage to find out where i am and get hold of my mobile number in the first place?
