these idiots called from some 01935 number asking if I wanted to renew some washing machine warranty, I told them I dont even own a washing machine never did. total scam if you ask me.

That was a right cheeky call - the bloke asked if I’d got insurance on my Hotpoint washing machine! Thing is, we’ve never owned one, we’ve always had a Miele, quite fancy if I say so myself. The number was from 01935, if that helps. I’m actually retired now, been a telephone engineer for years. Don’t think I’m falling for that one!
