This firm, Assist Law from Weston Super Mare, kept ringing me non-stop every day. Eventually, I picked up and questioned where they got my details. They said it was likely from something I bought online. They promised a supervisor would check where my info came from and get back to me - we’ll see if that happens. FYI, they’ve been fined by the ICO before in 2016 for cold calling without consent, so if you're on the TPS and they bother you, make sure you report them again so they can be fined.

I picked up and they called me by my name. I told them they must have the wrong number as it felt like a call centre trying to get through. They said sorry really nicely and then ended the call.

I had a rather unpleasant experience with a firm called Assist Law. Their customer service was quite offhand! They handle wills and the like, but I wouldn't recommend getting involved with them at all. I've opted to block their number entirely.
