I got a call like this from a different phone number, and it definitely felt like a bank fraud scam. An automated voice was asking if I authorized a £300 Amazon purchase and another transaction abroad for over £1000. I looked through my bank statement, Amazon account, and PayPal, but nothing showed up. I’m pretty sure they’re trying to trick people into giving away their banking info for fraudulent use.
