6 yearsI had a booking with them on Friday, 15th December 2017, and they'd assured me they'd arrive between 08:00 and 09:00 in the morning. To my dismay, they never appeared. Around 4:00 that afternoon, I decided to give them a ring to see what the hold-up was. To my utter confusion, they proceeded to call a phone number belonging to a man who had unfortunately passed away, despite his previous request to cease all communication regarding his flat. As if that wasn't enough, they left a card at my door claiming I wasn't at home - an absolute fabrication, as I was present the entire time with two witnesses who can corroborate that. They owe me a fee of £25, as stated in their correspondence, which clearly mentions a charge for no-shows on our part. It seems rather hypocritical, to say the least. Why on earth would they be reaching out to a deceased person's residence when that wasn't even the property they were meant to attend? One has to question their sanity, honestly.6 yearsI've been receiving numerous calls on my private phone number, which isn't listed anywhere publicly. I reached out to the source of these calls, and they claimed it was from Livewest Housing Association. However, I never provided my digits to Livewest in the first place! Who's given them the authority to share my private information?
