6 yearsSo I had a booking with them for Friday the 15th of December 2017, with a scheduled visit between 8 and 9 in the morning. They never turned up at all. By around 4pm, I decided to phone them to ask where they were. Instead of sorting it out, they ended up ringing the phone number of a man who’d passed away, even though he had asked them not to contact his flat anymore. Then, to top it off, they shoved a card through my door saying I wasn’t home - which was a complete lie, since I was there with two people who can confirm it. Now, they’re supposed to owe me £25 because their letter says if they come and we’re not in, we get charged £25. Seems like they don’t bother sticking to their own rules. And seriously, why on earth were they calling a dead man’s flat when it wasn’t even the place they intended to work on? Proper messed up behaviour if you ask me.6 yearsI've been getting calls from this number on my unlisted phone quite a lot, and I never gave them permission to call me.
