It's Countrywide Mortgage Services reaching out. In our instance, they were simply checking in to see how we felt about their service. They also wanted to know if we were alright with them keeping our details on file so they could touch base with us when our agreement wraps up, which happens to be in five years’ time!

Specifically, we think it could be associated with Northern Rock, as they had recently contacted us to discuss transferring our mortgage. This leads us to wonder if the folks behind this call are somehow connected to that situation.
