Regarding my loft insulation inquiry, I couldn't quite ascertain whether I was conversing with an actual person or just an automated service. The replies I received were rather nonsensical, which leads me to believe it was possibly a machine. I decided to put it to the test by refusing to engage with its subsequent question, and lo and behold, the call abruptly ended. Quite peculiar, don't you think?
