I've had my phone buzz off repeatedly this month - three times in just three days, to be exact! It seems these cheeky callers pick random times of the day to ring, yet every time they call, they hang up right after. Even when we do pick up, it’s just silence on the other end. They've even left some empty voicemails like it’s a joke. Honestly, we’d rather tell them to remove our details from whatever list they're using, but at this point, I'd also entertain a good rant to give them a piece of my mind!

We thought we were merely filling out our details to receive an online quote, only to find out that this lot gives you a ring afterwards to discuss it. They've been ringing me incessantly, practically every day for the last fortnight while I'm stuck at work, and I keep turning down their calls. One would imagine they would have got the hint by now. It’s turning into a right bother, if you ask me!

I've been receiving calls from this outfit for the past three to four months, and they always seem to ring me during my lunch hour. It’s become a bit of a nuisance, really. I’ve taken to diverting their calls straight to my voicemail because I’m utterly fed up with the relentless stream of cold callers. You’d think they’d take a hint and back off, but alas, they persist. I can’t help but wonder who on earth decided to share my private, unlisted number with them. It’s absolutely maddening!

I have to admit, this insurance broker is quite possibly the finest we’ve encountered, despite not actually signing up for a policy. The service provided, especially by Will Bowler, has genuinely amazed us. She has a knack for breaking down all the technical mumbo jumbo into terms we can understand (which, for us, is Mandarin). What's more, the rest of the team also speaks a variety of languages. I felt it was important to share just how much we appreciate their efforts!

It's quite unsettling, really. While it's easy to direct frustration at the team for doing their duty, the truth remains that no one should have to endure such intrusive behaviour. It's a shame that some individuals feel the need to invade the privacy of others like this.

We continuously find ourselves inundated with calls from this company, and honestly, it's becoming a real nuisance. It's as if their team of so-called professionals is nothing more than a bunch of cowboys. The incessant barrage of calls is relentless-ring after ring, it's utterly relentless. Even when I make it clear that I have no interest, yet another representative from the same outfit is on the line moments later, harassing me yet again. This behaviour is verging on harassment, and I wouldn't hesitate to suggest that they ought to face some consequences for their actions! Just stop calling me already, you lot!

It appears we're in the same boat as many others. I jumped online to request some quotes, only to receive an email saying someone would ring us instead. They proceeded to call our home number while I’m at the office! Do they really think everyone’s just sitting about twiddling their thumbs? We’ve had missed calls from these jokers for the past two days now. Honestly, the whole point of going online was to get a quote without fuss-it’s not that complicated, is it? For ten consecutive days, we received calls from Best Deal Insurance, even after we reached out on the third day to request that they erase our details from their system and cease all communications. Yet, we were still bothered by them another seven times! While they might be a legitimate company, their relentless approach feels a bit too much-almost like being hounded by a stalker. Consequently, we have absolutely no intention of engaging with them in the future. Not a chance!

Absolutely brilliant! I was trying to sort out home insurance via the internet, as my job keeps me on the go and I hardly have a spare moment to pop into banks or building societies to get quotes. I ended up missing a call from those insurance folks because I was at work. The real kicker is that I recently filed a theft report with the police and we've hit a snag with our ex-landlords over our deposit. So, getting that call just added to our stress for no good reason!

Well, it seems that running a business isn't exactly a walk in the park for these folks, seeing as they've started reaching out to us again after a whole year without so much as a peep! I’d strongly advise against engaging with this company. Trust me on that!

I've just received a call from them, but it’s happened at my parents' place. A couple of years back, we sought an online quote for life insurance to secure our mortgage as we were preparing to move out.
