12 yearsI've been inundated with calls from a company purporting to assist with energy registration-seven calls in just a single day! When I requested an email address to follow up, the representative abruptly ended the conversation. Trying to ring them back only led me to an automated message after a single ring, where they claimed all their advisors were occupied and urged me to leave my name and number. Curiously, there was no mention of the company’s name at all! They assert that our business appears to be unregistered due to a recent change from ex-directory to directory status of our landline. Mind you, we've been operating for over a year now and are fully registered; the only hiccup was a temporary glitch that mistakenly placed our number on the ex-directory list, which has since been rectified. I've tried to explain this to them multiple times, yet they persist in calling and refuse to provide any email contact for resolution.
