The number in question seems to be linked to Financial Samaritans, with an address at PO Box 2204, Faringdon, London, NW2 1PZ. It’s rather amusing, really, how quickly they turned defensive when we raised our concerns. After just a couple of rings, we pointed out that they were being rather bothersome, and watch how nearly obstinate they became about sharing their actual address! We’ve yet to verify this information, but it certainly raises some eyebrows, doesn't it?

Received a call on our mobile from 0871 311 0721. I answered, but the caller hung up right away. Then, I checked the number using *#147# and found it traced back to 01932 836 100. If they try to contact us again, we'll kindly tell them to clear off. I was contemplating returning the call until I stumbled upon all the comments here. By the way, what a fantastic site this is! Turns out these folks are linked to a debt management agency.
