A few days ago, we discovered a piece of paper pushed through our letterbox, sent via first-class post, which prompted us to give the number a call in a bit of a hurry. When we got through, the folks on the other end immediately asked for our address. They then went on to claim they had a parcel, but it turned out it wasn't meant for us - it was actually for the neighbours! We couldn’t shake the feeling that they were trying to gather information for some purpose. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

This is clearly a debt collection agency trying to dupe you into getting in touch with them. Just don't bother ringing them up. Their employees are the ones behind these fraudulent messages, aiming to make you think it's perfectly alright to contact them.

Received a card through our postbox and felt the urgent need to give them a ring. We finally did that, and after quite a few weeks, the letter eventually made its way to us.

Is it just me, or does anyone else find it strange that a letter forwarding service would be pushing a bunch of cards through your letterbox, urging you to call straight away with some sort of consignment number? There's absolutely no information online about who they actually are or what their deal is. It's all very peculiar, isn't it?

I had a chat with GCM Express recently, and I must say the staff were absolutely delightful and incredibly helpful. We received our consignment a couple of weeks after our conversation with them. Truly outstanding customer service!

Are these folks some kind of letter forwarding service? They keep popping cards through my letterbox, urging me to call straight away with a consignment number. But I can't find a single detail online about who they actually are or what they're up to! Quite baffling, really.
