Had a call from someone with awful English reading off a script, sounded like one of them hectic call centre places. Total scam. They were going on about "Virgin Media, your internet is slow" or something like that, so we just ended the call. Honestly, don’t bother with Virgin Media - their customer service is rubbish and they charge way too much for what you get.
