At first, we figured this was a scam, but it turns out it’s legit. The firm is Trans Global Freight Management Ltd. With new rules, anything arriving in the UK has to pay customs fees and VAT. If you don’t settle these charges, your package won’t get delivered. If you need to contact them, their number is 01932 778192.

Looks like it could be one of those dodgy customs scams.

Got an email about customs fees, they wanted me to click on a link, sounded dodgy. Definitely a scam, wouldn't recommend clicking anything in those messages!
