Funny enough, when I rang this number back, it actually went to a clear voicemail. Seems like it might be a real private line that scammers have nicked for their typical annoying road accident spiel. Honestly, when will this nonsense end? Or better yet, when will someone put a halt to it?

I got a call from someone who sounded like they were from a call centre in India, trying that same old trick about claiming compensation for a car crash "from two years back." Thing is, my accident was actually five years ago, but I fibbed and said it happened ten years ago, and they just hung up on me!
