Somebody called claiming they were from Vodafone and said they could give me a discount on my bill, but then they wanted to know how much I usually pay. When I told them I’m not the one who pays the bill, they just went “oh” and ended the call. Feels like it was a scam to me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Vodafone, asking about my contract details and how much I’m paying. I told him he ought to already know that it’s a scam and just ended the call.

Somebody called claiming they were from Amazon customer support! I jokingly said I was actually the Pope, said they must feel lucky chatting with me. They said sorry and just ended the call.
