They didn't bother to leave a message, yet they persistently rang me throughout the morning. In the end, I decided to block the number entirely.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Amazon. They asked if I’d purchased an iPhone 14 and said there was some kind of issue. I hung up straight away. Pretty obvious they were trying to scam me.

They called about iPhone 15 offers and the person was really impolite. As soon as I said I wasn’t interested, they just ended the call abruptly.

I let the call ring out but didn't pick up, and there was nothing left on my voicemail either. When I tried ringing back from my other phone, it just said the call was declined! Pretty sure it's just spam, so I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.

I wasn't too keen on picking up but thought it might be someone from around Weybridge, so I did. Right when I said hello, the call suddenly dropped. Seems like it was probably some kind of scam, if you ask me.

The caller sounded like some sort of Indian call centre. They claimed to be from EE (I’m already an EE user, but I guess they might’ve figured that out from my number). They said they wanted to give me a discount - instantly made me suspicious. Then they asked what I was currently paying, which is info they should already have if they were legit EE. I ended the call right there.

I answered and all I got was a quick hello before they just cut the call.

I got a call that obviously came from some call centre in India. There was a bit of a pause after I answered before anyone spoke, so it was clearly an auto-dialled call. The person said they were calling from Vodafone. When I tried to tell them to put me on their no marketing calls list, they just cut me off and ended the call before I could finish.
