I encountered a chap with a pronounced Indian accent claiming to represent Vodafone. However, he failed to persuade me of his credibility. Quite unpleasant in his responses when I probed him further.

Got a call from someone with a thick Indian accent, said they were from Vodafone. When I asked about the weather where they were, they hung up straight away. Felt quite dodgy to me.

Pretended to be from O2 and then became quite impolite before abruptly ending the call.

Yet another sketchy scammer who really ought to be tracked down and penalised for each fraudulent call they're making. It’s absolutely ridiculous! I reckon they should be put to work, say, scrubbing incontinence laundry for a full day for every dodgy call they place. That’d teach them a lesson!
