I keep getting calls from a number in Weybridge, and it’s the fourth time this week they’ve rung me and I’ve missed it - don’t even know who it is!

Blocked the number straight away after they rang me the first time - didn't even bother to pick up. Got another call today from a mobile but with the same Weybridge area code. When I answered, it was just an automated message that ended with "goodbye." So, blocked them again. Total spam.

This number rang me up pretending to be some sort of Amazon helpdesk, asking for a 6 digit code. When I asked them for a call back number, they ended the call straight away. Seemed a bit dodgy to me.

Without a doubt, this number reeks of spam. I picked up and was met with some peculiar heavy breathing on the other end-definitely odd and rather unsettling!

Got a call from this number today, some bloke pretending to be from O2 saying I had an outstanding balance. I told him that can’t be right since my bills are paid on direct debit. I told him straight up I reckon it’s a scam and called him an idiot for wasting my time. He hung up quick. I’ve just phoned O2 to let them know about it.

I looked up this number and found it linked to a bunch of scammers from Africa. They seem to target mainly Apple users for their info. Seems like these scammers are exploiting iOS security, probably because Apple doesn't have many black employees working on their system.
