I keep receiving calls from various numbers, but the message remains the same: "Your call is being connected by British Telecom; your landline will be cut off in an hour. Please press 1 for further details." I've reported these numbers to BT, as it's clearly a scam. Whatever you do, don’t engage! Just hang up and, if possible, block the number on your phone. They appear to persistently use new numbers!
