Got a call from some bloke saying he was from the "Tech" or Windows support team, but it was actually an Indian guy trying to get access to my computer. Proper dodgy!

I got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent claiming to be from a tech firm. He told me I’d been downloading harmful software that was running in the background and messing up my PC’s performance. I tried explaining that I’m actually a computer engineer and was in the middle of testing a motherboard, so I was using the computer even though it was partly taken apart. But he just wouldn’t get it. Eventually, I hung up and let him ramble on while I got back to my job. Seriously, don’t follow any instructions from these guys.
