I picked up 'cause the number looked familiar and local to my area. Some person called about insulation they said I'd had done. I said they must have the wrong one, it wasn’t anything I’d done, and then they just cut me off straightaway. Bit cheeky if you ask me!

Received a call just like the one mentioned earlier, but this time the caller kept insisting there was an issue with condensation from a loft insulation job. From what I found on Martin Lewis' site, these problems usually relate to cavity wall insulation, and only apply in places like Wales, Scotland, and the South West! When I began asking him questions, he suddenly cut the call, even though he was still trying to read from whatever script he had. Seems pretty dodgy to me, likely just a scam!

Got a call on my landline about loft insulation that had been done. Asked them when it was done as we've been in this council house over 20 years. Then they just ended the call on me.
