6 yearsI had a rather peculiar phone call from this number regarding loft insulation. The caller introduced himself as Matthew, but when I probed a bit more into what he meant by loft insulation, he abruptly ended the conversation. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!Matthew6 yearsGot this call again for the second time now. They said it was a follow-up about some free roof insulation we supposedly got about a decade back, warning about problems like mould, damp, and condensation. I wasn’t sure if it was a robot or a real person talking - there was a weird pause when ‘Tom’ asked if our loft access was a standard hatch, and I told him it’s actually through the chimney. The whole call felt really pushy and lasted barely 30 seconds, which was quite annoying.Tom6 yearsToday, I received a rather dubious call on my mobile from a chap who claimed he wanted to chat about my loft insulation and how I might go about swapping it out. He insisted that his firm was affiliated with the government and that they were running some remarkable offers, emphasising how beneficial it is for everyone to have superior insulation. The fact is, my insulation is fairly recent, so I told him I’d mull it over and promised to get back to him once I’d reached a decision. However, upon doing a bit of digging online, I discovered that there are no such government initiatives and, to top it off, his so-called company appears to be non-existent. There are some rather sketchy references to this "business" that seem thoroughly fabricated. I reckon I need to flag this as a scam-I'm fairly certain I'm on the right track here.Submit Your Own Report (01932 300289)
