He mentioned that if he stumbled across any minor issues, he'd sort them out, and if it turned out to be something serious, I’d be charged for the repairs. At that point, alarm bells started ringing, and I promptly ended the call. I attempted to reach out to Virgin Media straight away, but the character was still on the line and refused to let go. After a bit of a wait, he finally hung up.
