Someone whose first language is not English called and said I could claim money for mis-sold car finance. She could see that I had a car from 2007 to 2021. I let her speak for a while until she made me laugh with the rubbish she was coming out with. I’ve never had a driving licence. I laughed at her and, bizarrely, she laughed along with me. I told her she was making me laugh because of the nonsense she was spouting. I told her to f*** off and hung up. I always try to waste their time by letting them prattle on. I save someone else from their conning bilge.

My phone showed it as possibly spam so I didn’t pick up. They didn’t leave any voicemail, so I’ve decided to block the number now.
