He was going on about "bt openreach" and something about my broadband speed, but it all sounded like gibberish to me. I told him he was talking rubbish and he just hung up right away. FYI, openreach doesn’t ring folks out of the blue, and they only handle the outside wiring anyway. Plus, BT usually calls from 0800 or 0808 numbers.
