7 yearsAbout an hour back, I got a call on my landline from a bloke with a really thick, hard to understand asian accent. He was going on about "bt openreach" and something about my broadband speed, but it all sounded like gibberish to me. I told him he was talking rubbish and he just hung up right away. FYI, openreach doesn’t ring folks out of the blue, and they only handle the outside wiring anyway. Plus, BT usually calls from 0800 or 0808 numbers. Shortly after, I got another call from a dodgy mobile number which I ignored and no voicemail was left. Definitely no way that was BT.OpenreachBT7 yearsI've had two calls from someone claiming to be with BT Connect, saying my internet needed updating. I told them I was actually with Virgin and didn’t require any BT service, and then he just went on to call me a complete idiot.BT ConnectVirginBT7 yearsI got a call from someone claiming to be with BT Connect.
