Got this automated message saying ‘£600 taken from your visa, press 1 to speak to us.’ Total scam, I’ve blocked the number straight away.

I got a voicemail claiming to be from Visa Secure warning me about a suspicious £600 online charge. The person sounded legit and told me not to give out any details, but said I’d get a call from the bank’s fraud team within an hour. Sure enough, I soon had an overseas call which I decided to just ignore. Meanwhile, I rang my bank myself and they said no such transaction had gone through.
