The person on the line didn’t know my name or email and said O2 wanted to cut my bill in half because apparently they’d made loads of money and wanted to thank customers. Sounded odd to me. I told them to just put everything in writing. They rang back on the first number and then from a Wareham number but didn’t answer when I picked up. They left some kind of O2 alert which my phone didn’t recognise.
